Return Policy For Refund

Thank you for purchasing products from Harmonic Herbs.

In order to be eligible for a refund you need to return the product(s) within 15 days of your purchase.The product must be in the same condition as you received it and unopened in any way.

After we have received the product, our team of professionals will inspect it and start the refund process.The money will be returned to the same payment method you used during the purchase. For credit cards it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to show up on your statement.

If the product is damaged in any way or you have initiated the return process after the 15 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
